Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is provided to give you peace of mind when ordering Plash LED lights and accessories. If you change your mind or need a different size, simply send it back and we will happily provide you a refund or exchange. We are not happy if you are not 100% satisfied.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day the product ships. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Installed items are not eligible for a refund.

ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE (AT OUR DISCRETION).

CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT MINUS ANY PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES.

IF YOU USE OUR RETURN LABEL THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The includes power supplies, modified flexible light strips, and all custom orders and material.

Additional non-returnable items:  

  • Resistors
  • Anti-Flicker Modules 
  • Relays 
  • Gift Cards
  • Amplifiers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE (AT OUR DISCRETION)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 You will receive an email if the refund has been approved.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet and 10 business days have passed since we received your package then please contact us.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund process.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are not happy with the product and it meets the requirements for a refund then we would be happy to exchange it for you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you requested a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you request an exchange, the cost for the shipping both ways will need to be paid before the exchange product can ship.

It’s easy to return a product by following the instructions below.

  1. Go to the Order Confirmation email sent you you when you placed the order and select "View Your Order"  
  2. In the upper right hand corner select "Request Return"  
  3. Select the products you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Select the reason for the return.  If you would like to exchange then please select other and put the requested exchange product in that box. If you are not sure of the product or part number, don't worry, just type "Exchange" in the box.  We will contact you.
  5. Select Submit Return request.
  6. Please allow up to 2 business days of the return request to be reviewed. You will receive an email once it is approved or rejected. If approved, you will have a link to "Print Return Label" in your email. Follow the instructions on that email. If the return is rejected for some reason the details will be in the email.
